I have been supporting people as a nurse practitioner, senior lecturer, and counsellor for 40 years. I am a registered counsellor. I am interested in building supportive relationships with people, aiming to listen, explore, and provide opportunities for individuals to work in a self-defined way, helping them understand themselves better and make positive changes in their lives.
